Hoop Fitness is a fun and high energy class to get your sweat on with fun music and some awesome people! Low impact but definitely an accessible full body workout for people of all fitness levels. This is mostly a fitness class, with a few tricks thrown in for fun.
No experience hooping? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know, and dropping the hoop multiple times is part of the fun :-D
We’ve got well-sanitized hoops for borrow, or you are welcome to bring your own.
Dance Life prides itself on being a safe space for all bodies to find joyful movement, especially those who have felt left out of a traditional dance or cardio class. We want to help you feel great and have fun moving and dancing in the body you have right NOW. Our classes are free from talk of diets, calories, or cosmetic benefits of movement. We focus on having fun, getting sweaty and getting your heart rate up if that's something you want to do, gaining new skills, and honoring our body as it shows up each day! We believe every BODY deserves access to joyful dance and movement.
