Meet Sara!
Sara (she/her) who also co-teaches the ballet technique class, is our resident ballet fitness instructor. She’s been dancing ballet for over 30 years, and has been a part of the Dance Life community for over 10.
Sara brings a lighthearted, lowkey and fun approach to all her classes, and is here to help you unwind and reconnect with your body in a way that supports total body strength.
