This class will feature Trudy Lynn's "Instant Breakfast", and will include removal of a skirt and a shirt. If you would like to participate in the clothing removal, please bring a shirt you can pull over your head, and a skirt you can shimmy out of- stretchy would be best, but a zip skirt that slides off easily is fine, too.

Ladies* Night is a catchy title and is not intended to gender the participants, but please note that Dance Life is a designated safe space for (cis and trans) women and nonbinary individuals. This is an adults 21+ only event.
