Get loose have fun, and learn a sultry routine to perform for someone else, or just for you! This is a body-positive event where you can feel yourself and get sexy without any judgement. Adaptations are offered for all ability levels!

This event will begin at 6:30pm, and from there we'll alternate twenty minutes of dancing with ten minutes of drink breaks. If you’re livestreaming from home and would like to have some wine or whatever kind of beverage you prefer to get loose, go ahead and do so!

The song for this class will be “Pony” by Ginuine, and we’ll be incorporating a chair.

You can wear whatever you like to this event. It can be easier to get in the mindset in an outfit that feels powerful and/or sexy, whatever that means to you 😊 If you’d like to wear heels, we recommend something with a block heel that fits firmly to your foot. Regular workout clothes are fine too! A metal chair and fabric that will slide across metal is recommended for ease while chair dancing.

This event will be offered both online and in-person for those who are or around Madison, WI. In person registrations are limited to a maximum of 25 participants. Please fill out our WAIVER before attending this event.

The live stream event will be held on Zoom. Online attendees will be sent a link to join class after purchasing a ticket. These links are sent by a real person, so please give us 48 hrs to get that to you!
