Dance Life is rebranding!

The photo pictured here is the last time we had a branding photo shoot- July of 2012. A lot has changed at Dance Life, and we want the pictures on our website and in our ads to reflect that. 

We're looking for a diverse crew of people to come out and shoot some pictures with us. We are looking for all different kinds of people, especially those who aren't represented enough in most media- our friends in larger bodies, our friends of color, friends of varying gender and sexual identities (including men!), friends of different ability levels, and OF COURSE different ages!

Not sure if you fit in? You do, and we want you there!

We have three main categories of classes at Dance Life, belly dance, burlesque, and dance/ fitness classes. Please come in clothes that look like you're doing one of those three things, possibly with a change of clothes or two to fit another category.

For example, perhaps a top that shows your stomach for belly dance and a coin scarf, something sexier for burlesque (I would love to have both burlesque class clothes, and something a little more boudoir-esque. Facebook is VERY strict with the amount of skin and cleavage they allow us to show, so please go more conservative with lingerie). Or, stretch pants and athletic wear for fitness classes. You can wear makeup or not, whatever you prefer. Check out our Facebook event for some outfit inspiration.

If possible, we would love to shoot some video footage as well if time allows.

We won't be assigning times, just come whenever you are able to and we'll shoot with whomever we've got. Come and hang, bring some drinks and snacks and Dance Life will provide some drinks and snacks too! Lets have ourselves a fun photo shoot day!
